Well guess that introductions are in order. My main toon is Gazeel and he is my first ever character i have RPed. It was actually Goblins that got me into RPing as i have always loved Goblins and when Cata came round i just knew i had to make one. He is also my only lvl 85.

Anyway onto Gazeel Wrenchblade the star of this thread. Gazeel was born into a family of magically adept Goblins. Since he was the only one unable to cast a fireball by age eight he was picked on a lot and learnt to blend in and be quick to avoid his family. Once Gazeel reached the age of adulthood he jumped the proverbial ship and left the family, quickly falling in with a mercenary, all Goblin PMC ( Private Military Company) called Cog and Gears Military Solutions where he learnt a lot about explosives ( One of the best known tactics of C&G was to lure enemies into well concealed mine fields and let them kill themselves) eventually Gaz and the rest of C&G were hired by the Horde to help with the assault into Oultand ( BC era).

During the war in Outland C&G spent most of their time in Hellfire and Terrokar, keeping the areas secure while the Horde pressed into Shadowmoon. After the war C&G had become financially ruined ( HAHAHA CEO ran off with all the money and the secretary...) and Gaz was shipped back to Kezan where he was grudgingly accepted back by his family after he offered them all the shiny treasure he had collected over his career.

For a couple weeks everything was fine until Gaz had something akin to a 'Vietnam Flashback' after realising his family had turned to demons ( think flippy from Happy Tree Friends). After killing most of his family Gaz was sent to the Bilgewater Asylum for the Poor ( turns out he wasnt in the will) and spent all his time locked in a cell there until Deathwing showed up.

Everything was in chaos when that big ass dragon showed up so Gaz broke out of his cell ( broke out my ass the door was left open by a panicking Hobgoblin..) and he stole a flying machine to get off the island as it erupted, spying a yacht on the horizon he followed it at a distance until that fateful moment when the Alliance sunk it off the coast of the Lost Isles ( The Alliance also brought the flying machine down) .Skipping the Lost Isles where he spent most of his time doing nothing, Gaz arrived in Orgrimmar with no idea what to do or how to keep his ass outta trouble, until he saw a recruiting poster for the Bilgewater Battalion.

After a stint with the Battalion, a little time smuggling and a rather long career as captain of an Air-ship Gazeel eventually settled on something he can do that would keep him out of the front line, he took a job as Blastgineer for Hellscream's Reach, bought his own Workshop and started a hopefully long and successful career in demolitions and bomb making. His pride and joy so far is the Acid series. A collection of Mortar rounds and bombs that instead of exploding like normal, explode and covers everyone in range with dangerous acid. When funding began to run out he started to work for The Bilgewater Battalion and was assigned to their demolitions corp as a 'Lt-Blastgineer'

Gaz has a soft spot for the rebellion movement simply known as 'FHT' ( he says it because Mida has a nice ass but..ya never know with Gaz) and often supplies them with plenty of bombs and his humble services pro-bono.

Asylum for the poor eh? Sounds like something Baron Silvertongue built! Awesome story, Gaz. Good to know we've got someone inside the Bilgewater Battalion. Of course, personally

*shifty eyes*

There's a chance Uncle Bedlam himself is already on our side, but you didn't hear it from me.

He bares a striking resemblance to a particularly eccentric, whimsical character from a fan fiction I wrote for the Trade Princess Movement some time ago. It was back when the "big wigs" at Blizz were reading our stuff, and likely my stuff based on some of Mida's dialogue in-game, so it's possible they read that separate story as well. Farfetched, I know, but His quirky outfit and "mascot" characterization fits him so closely it makes me giggle with delusions of grandeur regarding my own works =3
